Project Description
Amenities Oxford is a new 16,000m2 building incorporating The Oxford BioEscalator and key amenity facilities for the University of Oxford’s Old Road Campus.
The building will be a fully functioning and flexible medical research laboratory which aims to deliver a high-quality, user-friendly facility at the centre of the university campus. It will incorporate a public cafe, gym, a range of meeting spaces, along with a multi-storey car park.
Cross group have been employed as the air conditioning specialists working in conjunction with the design and construction team to deliver this state of the art facility at the heart of the Oxford University Campus. Coordination of services was paramount on this project because of the heavily congested ceiling voids and risers with the infrastructure required to complete this complex building.
