Project Description
Clarendon House on Adelaide Street Belfast is a recently developed exclusive office facility comprising of 126,000 sq. ft. of office accommodation in the central business district of Belfast. The building was designed specifically to the requirements of Belfast City Council where Belfast Planning Service and the Consumer Advice Centre are now located.
Cross Group were contracted by a key client to supply and install the full VRF air conditioning, Lossnay heat recovery ventilation systems and the ductwork and grilles packages and form part of the highly skilled fit out and installation team. The project was delivered to a very high standard; it’s been a great pleasure to have been involved in a project of this calibre in central Belfast.
